From the moment you are born, special celebrations help to mark the milestones along your way: receiving a Hebrew name, beginning your Jewish Education, becoming a Bar/Bat Mitzvah, achieving independence and finding a life partner are more occasions for celebration.

Why is the Jewish part of this journey important? Everyone turns thirteen. But when you are Jewish, that means more than becoming a teen. It means becoming a Bat/Bar Mitzvah – celebrating the beginning of Jewish adulthood. Adding the Jewish part to the journey makes the ordinary unforgettable.

As your family prepares for the adventure of growing up Jewishly, our STS Mitzvah and Milestones, B’nai program and resources, will serve as a road map that points out places of interest to visit, suggests side trips you won’t want to miss, and even includes signs and symbols that give meaning and direction to your travels.

Thank you for including us on your journey of a lifetime!
