INGREDIENTS
1 lbs pound ground beef {not fatless} 
Olive oil
1 big onion
1/2 teaspoon black pepper 
1 teaspoon salt 
1/2 teaspoon cumin 
{ if you want it Persian style skip the cumin and parsley and add 1/2 teaspoon sumac) 
1/2 bunch parsley 
2 cloves of garlic
 
BEFORE CLASS
Chop the parsley very thin
Grind or chop the onion very thin 
Mince the garlic

One 15 oz can of garbanzo beens  
1/2 cup sesame tahini 
1 -2 clove garlic 
Juice from half lemon 
1/2 teaspoon salt 
Water 
Vegetable oil
One pack of Mushrooms, 8 oz
One big onion 
 
BEFORE CLASS
Open the can of garbanzo beans, rinse and drain 
Chop the onion 
Chop the mushrooms
