Please read before RSVPing and before entering the Weisz Garden.
If you answer yes to ANY of the following questions, please respect the health of fellow congregants and do not RSVP or attend services.
- Have you or anyone in your household had any of the following symptoms in the last 14 days:
- sore throat, cough, chills, body aches, shortness of breath, loss of smell, loss of taste, fever at or greater than 100 degrees Fahrenheit, cold or flu like symptoms
- Have you or anyone in your household tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days?
- If a family member tested positive for COVID-19 and you were unable to separate from that positive family member, has it been 14 days since you have last been in contact with that positive family member?
- Have you or anyone in your household traveled using mass transit such as airplanes and/or trains in the past 14 days?
- Have you or anyone in your household cared for an individual who is in quarantine or is a presumptive positive or has tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days?
- Do you have any reason to believe you or anyone in your household has been exposed to or acquired COVID-19 in the last 14 days?
If you are still eligible to attend services, you are required to wear a mask at all times and to maintain proper social distance protocols while at Shomrei Torah. Thank you.
